Atlanta, GA, February 20, 2013 – Spanx® and Founder Sara Blakely announce the newest Leg Up® winners, Stacy Struminger and Rachel Teyssier, founders of the company RainRAPS™. RainRAPS offers easy-to-store, fashionable raingear – so you’ll never get caught in the rain again.

Blakely started the Leg Up Program in 2010 as a way to pay forward her success and offer recognition to up-and-coming women entrepreneurs and their companies.
